Integra Life Sciences is looking for a Senior Manager of IT Business Engagement supporting our global supply chain with a proven track record of driving alignment across a matrixed organization to desired business outcomes and quantitative KPI improvements. This role would lead the global Supply Chain Operations team through process centered discussions that generate integrated technology solutions across the various areas of Integra's supply chain: Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Distribution, Environmental, Health & Safety, Facilities, and Supplier Management.
This role will be responsible for shaping and designing future capabilities and the underlying technology needs of the end-to-end supply chain across a 5 year time horizon. Initially there will be a deep focus on constrained capacity planning across manufacturing, U.S. transportation optimization, and linking financial process and systems to supply chain forecasts. This role exists to help translate business requirements into business cases and vetted investments in technology over multiple years while ensuring mandatory companywide priorities are met.
This role is a critical enabler for the business, translating desired capabilities and future ways of working into detailed process flows, value chain maps, and business needs that serve as the foundation for designing and pricing technology solutions. This role evaluates gaps and remediations required for processes and systems to meet compliance with regulations.
By working with various business and IT leaders across the organization, this role will influence a pipeline of transformative and continuous improvement projects across operations partnering with Quality, Regulatory, and Finance to meet the projected business outcomes.
The ideal candidate for this role exhibits strong business acumen, communication skills, understanding of corporate finance, and how to write business cases for digital transformation projects.
Additionally, this role may require travel (up to 30%) to our manufacturing and distribution locations to meet directly with end users and front line leaders to ensure expectations are aligned across teams and sites.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
50% of Time
Engages, develops, maintains relationships with business leaders across the supply chain organization to quantify demand for IT support and technology enablement.
Creates business cases in partnership with corresponding business function(s) and aligns with financial calander to ensure timely submission of new proposals.
Designs digital solutions in partnership with application delivery and architecture teams ensuring timing, budget, and scope constraints are met.
30% of Time
Defines business requirements through informational interviews with key stakeholders. Baselines 'As-Is' business processes, influences 'To-Be' business processes, and tracks quantifiable business outcomes from new technology deployments.
Analyzes information pertaining to complex business problems and make recommendations for the implementation of new systems and procedures that improve Key Performance Indicators.
20% of Time
Works across IT teams to drive alignment on priorities, constraints, and dependencies, and factors in organizational capacity into long term business planning of IT projects.
Creates a multi-year roadmap for technology deployments that adds business capabilities in a way that support enterprise priorities and long term financial plans.
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a Technical or Operations field, Master's Degree Desirable
Preferred Certifications: Management Consulting Experience / Process Excellence / Six Sigma / Lean / Organizational Change Management / PMP / ITIL / Business Analyst Training
Experience:
Minimum 7 years' experience in the Life Sciences, Pharma, MedTech, or Biotech industries
Minimum 5 years' experience working in, or supporting business functions: Supply Chain Operations: Manufacturing, Distribution, and/or Planning.
Extensive experience continuously improving business processes (e.g., Lean, process excellence, value stream mapping)
Preferred: Management Consulting experience; executive presentation skills
Additional Information:
This is a hybrid role, and the ideal candidate will be based out of Princeton, NJ. The hybrid schedule requires in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Salary Pay Range:
$125,350.00 - $172,500.00 USD Salary

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation .
