Description Our client in NE Philadelphia is expanding and is seeking a detail-oriented, deadline-driven Escrow Coordinator to support escrow closers and clearance officers. As the initial point of contact for clients, agents, and lenders, the Escrow Coordinator plays a key role in delivering fast, accurate, and exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced title environment, enjoy staying organized, and take pride in providing a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

Upfront File Preparation:

Ensure order opening quality control and accuracy of new files.

Complete initial file setup, data entry, and create internal tasks.

Send introductory communications to clients and real estate partners, establishing a professional experience.

Pre-Closing Tasks:

Prepare preliminary Closing Disclosures (CDs) and fee sheets.

Generate and manage Closing Protection Letters (CPLs).

Order mortgage payoffs and necessary tax certifications, estoppels, sewer/water certifications, and HOA documents.

Provide title insurance quotes to borrowers, lenders, and agents.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Schedule all closings with clients, lenders, agents, and notaries/attorneys in a responsive and efficient manner.

Confirm wire instructions with all parties for compliance and security.

Communicate proactively and timely throughout the pre-closing process to keep all stakeholders informed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Title/escrow experience strongly preferred (processing, pre-processing, or closing support).

Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and reliability.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Experience with SoftPro is a plus.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in title or escrow processes, including pre-processing or closing support.

Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and reliability.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.

Familiarity with escrow processing software, with SoftPro experience being a plus.

Knowledge of title insurance, loan administration, and real estate transactions.
