The Impact You'll Make

We have an immediate opportunity for a ?Team?Coordinator??to join us at our diverse team in Easley, SC.???The Team Coordinator is a production employee that takes a leadership role in the operation of a work area. This role will instruct Operators on job tasks, complete tracking metrics, report causes deviations and participate in problem solving activities. The Team Coordinator will progressively lead and support production in all areas.?

What You'll Be Doing

Demonstrates understanding and can clearly explain the 8 @types of Waste and the 10 Lean Principles. Motivates and supports employees throughout the day, keeping teams informed of production expectations, scheduling, and any necessary follow-up information. Ensures staffing assignments and gaps are communicated daily. Collaborates with other Team Coordinators to flex and train employees, aiming to minimize non-value-added hours in production. Facilitates RCPS board meetings and follows up on open JDI and 4-Step actions to resolve issues and close them promptly.Train operators inwork practices and standard work. Ensure cross-training is conducted to enable worker flexibility. Work with full-time trainers to raise skill sets of work force.

What We're Looking For

High School diploma or GED. Proficient in fundamental mathematics.

Must demonstrate the skills and knowledge required to perform all tasks within the area.

Computer proficiency: SAP, Microsoft Office.

Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Able to guide colleagues in basic problem-solving methods.
