Description We are looking for dedicated Administrative Assistants to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This is a long-term contract position ideal for individuals with a strong background in administrative tasks and customer service. The role involves supporting application processes, assisting with documentation, and providing excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist applicants in completing forms, briefing packets, and addressing missing documentation during on-site events.

Review submitted applications for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all required information is provided.

Prepare and send follow-up communications, such as letters or emails, to address outstanding documentation or clarify application details.

Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks to keep documentation organized and accessible.

Answer inbound calls professionally to provide information and respond to inquiries.

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing applicant concerns with patience and care.

Coordinate administrative processes and ensure smooth operations during application events.

Support general office duties, including receptionist tasks and managing correspondence.

Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative needs are met efficiently.

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive applicant information. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with applicants and team members.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for managing records and documentation.

Ability to provide patient, customer-focused service in sometimes challenging situations.

Proficiency in data entry and basic office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in answering and managing inbound calls with professionalism.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
