Accounts Payable Clerk Wilkes-Barre, PA Apply Now

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to support high-volume invoice processing across multiple locations. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Process and enter high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently

Review invoices for accuracy, coding, approvals, and completeness

Ensure timely payment of invoices for multiple locations

Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries

Reconcile vendor statements and correct discrepancies

Provide general support to internal locations as needed

Assist with receptionist coverage when required

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's degree in Accounting preferred)

3-5 years of accounts payable experience

Strong data entry and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Strong communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Work Authorization

Must be authorized to work in the United States
