What to Expect Tesla is seeking a Test Engineer for our Launch Team to facilitate the deployment, sustaining, and improvement of automated manufacturing test systems developed in-house for the global production of our vehicle and energy products. As a member of our team, you will ensure the products developed by the team meet world-class expectations and ensure success of the overall project. You must have a genuine passion for engineering products that will fundamentally change the world's energy infrastructure, and thrive working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.What You'll Do Lead uptime (HW reliability, software faults, maintenance schedules, etc.), and cycle time and FPY improvements on manufacturing test equipmentCollaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Maintenance Engineering to ensure manufacturing test equipment meet and exceed expectations.
