As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any suspicious activity or security-related hazards to management or law enforcement as needed.

Communicate with Allied Universal management and site personnel to relay information regarding incidents, hazards, and/or operational issues.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and helping to deter unauthorized access.

Document observations, incidents, and/or activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
