Staffmark is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a well-established company inEast Aurora, NY. Candidates MUST be within commuting distance ofEast Aurora, NYPay: $17.20 - $17.75/hour +offers commission that averages $3,000/monthFull Benefits Starting Day OneSchedule:Training:Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM-4:30 PMPost-Training:Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-9:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PMMust work 2 nights until 9pm a week-Employees can work 8 hours of choice between the hours listed.Responsibilities:Make inbound and outbound collection callsDiscuss payment options and negotiate arrangementsPerform skip tracing and data verificationFollow call scripts and document interactionsVerify bankruptcy, disability, or garnishment claimsComply with state/federal regulations and company policiesQualifications:High school diploma or GEDMinimum 1 year of collections experienceBasic computer skills and navigation skillsStrong communication, typing, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with standard office systems and proceduresOur client offers a full benefits package and long-term career potential.
