Robert Half is looking to hire a Junior Accountant (AP Focus) for our client in lower Fairfield County. Apply for more details, or see below!

Salary: $55K - $70K DOE

Start Date: February/March time frame

Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, approvals, and vendor communications.

Perform 3-way matching between purchase orders, invoices, and receipts, resolving billing discrepancies as needed.

Support monthly and period-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Assist with general accounting duties, including ledger maintenance, expense tracking, and ad hoc financial reporting.

Requirements

1+ Years of full cycle Accounts Payable

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
