Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with a growing industry leader as they look to add a Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, provide guidance to the accounting team & support the Controller. As the successful candidate, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and review daily work of the accounting team, including AP, AR, invoicing, and collections.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts (cash, AR, AP, accruals, prepaids).

Prepare, review, and approve journal entries and supporting schedules.

Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.

Support audit activities and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal policies.

Identify and implement process improvements.

Provide training and mentorship to team members.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.

CPA or public accounting experience a plus.

3+ years progressive accounting experience, including month end close & accrual accounting.

Advanced Excel skills and experience utilizing technology.

A team-oriented individual with strong ability to communicate with all levels of the org.
