Summary of Role:The Sr Financial Analyst will play a critical role managing financial activities for Global IT Operations to ensure cost management and budgetcompliance. This position partners closely with IT leadership, Manufacturing finance and SG&A finance.

Essential Responsibilities:-Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.-Perform variance analysis to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.-Conduct MEC analysis to ensure timely and accurate month-end close activities.-Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive initiatives to optimize spending.-Perform detailed cost variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.-Support the development of cost allocation models and ensure accurate reporting.-Collaborate with business partners to implement cost management best practices and track progress against savings goals.-Prepare and present financial reports to leadership.-Deliver forward-looking analysis to anticipate business risks and opportunities.-Utilize data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI) to enhance reporting and decision-making.-Support automation of FP&A reporting and AI-driven forecasting-Communicate insights effectively.-Drive digital transformation initiatives within finance processes.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.-Ensure compliance with global financial policies and standards.

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.-Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Business Finance roles-Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP.-Experience with Capex/Opex management and global budgeting processes.-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail.-Solid understanding of month end close processes, GL reporting, and capitalization rules.

Preferred Qualifications:-Background in ERP transformation initiatives and automation of finance workflows.

Expected Salary Range

$105,000.00 - $189,000.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
