Full-Time Debt Capital Markets Analyst Program:
The ZCM 2-year Capital Markets Analyst Program offers a unique entrepreneurial experience to join a rapidly growing platform. The program offers the opportunity to maximize Analysts' potential during their early professional years by providing the foundational knowledge, skills, and hands-on transaction experiences that will last a professional lifetime.
As a Debt Capital Markets Analyst, you will support senior members of the Loan Syndications team in the origination, structuring, pricing, marketing, and execution of syndicated (multi-bank) credit facilities. Analysts play a critical role in transaction execution and gain broad exposure to credit markets and lender behavior.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining and updating market comparables for syndicated loan transactions.
Performing financial and credit analysis, including cash flow modeling, credit metrics, covenant analysis and capital structure review.
Preparing transaction and marketing materials such as pitch books, lender presentations and term sheets.
Coordinating with internal and external partners, including relationship managers, legal and operations team, to support transaction execution, closing and post-closing administration.
Supporting the distribution process, including lender outreach, tracking investor feedback and monitoring syndication progress.
Throughout the program, Analysts gain exposure to market trends, loan documentation, lender engagement and transaction execution, while developing strong analytical, communication and project-management skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Zions Capital Markets is looking for candidates who have:
Completed BA/BS degree in Business or Finance, with a scheduled graduation prior to the annual June 1 st start date.
Overall GPA of 3.0 or above, 3.5 preferred.
Strong interest in finance and capital markets.
High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement.
Proven analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Comfortability working with peers at all levels, ranging from fellow analysts through Managing Directors.
Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program.
