How will you make an impact in this role?
Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payments provider for businesses and corporations of all sizes, with small business being the largest customer segment and a continued area of investment and focus. The Small Business Marketing Team is responsible for acquisition and customer engagement marketing for all Small Business Charge, Proprietary Lending, and co-brand cards. Within Small Business Marketing, the Small Business Prospect Marketing Team creates best-in-class, integrated prospect experiences to acquire new Cardmembers and accelerate US SME growth.
The Senior Manager, Growth Strategy - Performance & Reporting will own core performance and forecasting management processes, guide marketing investment decisions, and influence acquisition strategy across the Prospect Marketing organization. This individual will play a critical role in shaping how the business measures success, aligns on strategic priorities, and drives growth, while also managing and developing one analyst. The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, strategic and analytical thinking, and the ability to drive clarity across a complex, fast-moving organization.
Own and evolve the monthly forecast (R&O), annual Bottoms-Up Planning (BUP), and long-range planning processes, ensuring forecasting accuracy and alignment with strategic priorities.
Oversee the creation and enhancement of Excel-based tools, dashboards, and reporting templates that improve efficiency and accuracy.
Lead development of senior leadership presentations and monthly performance readouts, ensuring clarity and strategic relevance for senior audiences.
Partner closely with channel leads, Global Investment Optimization (GIO), analytics partners, and other stakeholders to assess marketing performance, forecast future performance and identify growth opportunities.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, streamline reporting, and strengthen operational rigor across the organization.
Translate complex performance data into clear, compelling insights that guide marketing investment decisions and inform acquisition strategy.
Manage and develop one analyst, providing direction, clarity, and coaching.
Minimum Qualifications
4 years of experience in analytics, strategy, marketing performance, financial planning, or similar fields.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong strategic thinking skills with proven ability to translate performance data into impactful insights and clear narratives.
Excellent communication skills at all levels of seniority, with ability to influence through effective storytelling.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience driving clarity, alignment, and prioritization across large groups of stakeholders.
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree required

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
