B2B Sales Representative

We're looking for a motivated B2B Sales Rep who thrives in the field and knows how to turn outreach into results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting local businesses, managing a pipeline, and working independently.

What You'll Do

Visit and engage businesses through outbound and door-to-door outreach

Manage leads in Salesforce and guide prospects through the process

Build strong relationships using customer service and recruiting skills

Solve problems on the spot and work across multiple tech systems

What You Bring

3+ years outbound sales experience

CRM proficiency and strong account-management skills

Professionalism, urgency, and teamwork

Tech-savvy problem-solver with attention to detail

Ability to travel up to 4 hours round-trip

Work Environment

Remote in the field 4 days a week, home Fridays for admin tasks

This is a Contract position based out of Grand Forks, ND.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
