We are looking for a Sales Rep. to join a dynamic manufacturing organization in Neenah, WI. As a Sales Representative, you will be part of the Sales Service department supporting customer engagement and sales growth. The ideal candidate will be willing and able to learn the industry, demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and interested in a challenge.

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay Range: $19.00

Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

What's the Job?

Serve customers by processing requests for price quotations and orders efficiently and accurately

Handle inquiries regarding products and production capabilities, providing excellent customer service

Make proactive outbound calls to foster customer relationships

Collaborate with scheduling and purchasing to expedite orders and meet customer expectations

Research market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for sales growth

What's Needed?

Good computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word; data entry experience is a plus

Ability to interpret specifications, read a ruler, and perform basic math calculations

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally

Physical fitness to navigate stairs and move around the office environment frequently

Prior sales experience or customer service background is beneficial but not mandatory
