As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment through routine patrols and exceptional customer service. This position is a driving post, offering the opportunity to interact with team members and visitors while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership.

Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with access control and site navigation according to established protocols.

Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

Support emergency response efforts as directed by site policies and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
