Location: Baldwin Park, CA

Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00/hour

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Kelly Services is hiring Medical Assemblers to support a manufacturing facility in Baldwin Park. These temp-to-hire opportunities are ideal for candidates looking for stability, hands-on work, and long-term growth in a production environment.

Available Schedules

Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

All shifts available - 7am, 3:30pm, 11pm starts

What You'll Do

Assemble and inspect medical products to meet quality standards

Operate assembly and injection molding equipment (training provided)

Follow written work instructions, safety guidelines, and production procedures

Perform basic computer data entry

Work collaboratively with a team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

Manufacturing, assembly, or injection molding experience preferred (not required)

Basic computer skills

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed
