Medical Assistant: Back Office

Job Description

Join a dynamic team specializing in dermatology care, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

Check patient vitals accurately and efficiently.

Prepare examination rooms prior to patient appointments.

Assist with patient intake processes and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Provide exceptional customer service by answering patient questions and addressing concerns.

Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication and documentation.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in medical assisting and patient care.

Strong customer service skills.

Knowledge of medical terminology.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bilingual abilities.

Excellent communication skills.

Punctuality and reliability.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced dermatology office setting, where you will float between departments. The role requires self-sufficiency, determination, and proactive problem-solving skills. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Glendale, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
