Duties Description Provide professional, administrative, and staff support effectively and efficiently to LGSA by overseeing and handling the Division's human resources, procurement and office space activities. Assists with annual budget preparation and administration. Prepares various reports and analytics for Division and Agency Executive Management, including staffing and office space modifications. Oversees office support activities. Properly handles and maintains Unit records and confidential information.

Salary is nonnegotiable. Candidates hired at the trainee level will be advanced to the full performance Administrative Specialist 1 SG-18 following successful completion of the traineeship.
