Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Chicopee, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations and ensuring seamless communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in administrative tools and processes.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Accurately input data into systems and maintain up-to-date records.

Manage email correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-up.

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, assisting customers and team members as needed.

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to create, edit, and organize documents and schedules.

Coordinate and schedule appointments to support operational needs.

Communicate effectively in Spanish to assist bilingual clients and stakeholders.

Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative tasks and improve workflow.

Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documentation is easily accessible.

Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles.

Proficiency in data entry with exceptional attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in email correspondence.

Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Skilled in scheduling and appointment coordination.

Fluency in Spanish to support bilingual communication needs.
