C. H Robinson is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to manage our platform - Braze, Marketo and future marketing automation platforms. This role is under our Technology Marketing team. In this role, you will act as a technical leader on the MarTech team. You work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and other leaders to define, estimate, and design complex, strategic solutions that delight our customers. You are responsible for driving innovation through leadership, influence, and discussions
This role can be located only in Minnesota, Chicago or Kansas City
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Administer and manage marketing automation platforms : Dynamics?365 Customer Insights - Journeys and Braze, including configuration, environment management, and troubleshooting.
Design and solution integrations between marketing automation platforms and enterprise systems (Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform Tags, Sitecore, Snowflake, Power Platform, .NET/C#, REST APIs).
Provide solution-level expertise on tagging and personalization strategies (Adobe Target, AEP Tags), advising web and analytics teams to ensure integrations align with marketing and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push) and ensure compliance with deliverability standards (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, one-click unsubscribe) and SMS regulations (A2P?10DLC, TCPA/CTIA).
Partner with analytics teams to advise on attribution models (MMM vs. MTA) and privacy-centric measurement strategies.
Design secure integration patterns using OAuth ?2.0, JWT, token-based authentication , enforcing best practices for data security and governance.
Develop and maintain integration documentation, architecture diagrams, and runbooks for marketing technology solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data flow issues across multiple platforms and environments.
Estimate work, time, and resources for integration projects; proactively identify innovative technologies or approaches to improve scalability and performance.
Mentor team members and collaborate across marketing, engineering, and data teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in marketing technology administration and system integration .
Hands-on experience with Dynamics ?365 Customer Insights - Journeys and/or Braze .
Strong understanding of email, SMS, and push marketing channels , including compliance and deliverability standards.
Proficiency in REST APIs , webhooks, and secure authentication (OAuth?2.0, JWT).
Experience with Power Automate / Power Platform , .NET/C#, and SQL for integration workflows.
Familiarity with Snowflake data concepts (Streams, Tasks, Snowpipe) and data activation strategies.
Knowledge of Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Platform Tags for solution architecture (not hands-on implementation).
Understanding of digital marketing principles : SEO (especially Core Web Vitals, INP), attribution models, and consent management frameworks (IAB TCF v2.2, GPP).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Braze Certified Technical Architect or equivalent certification (Braze's advanced "Technical Architect" credential) [learning.braze.com] (https://learning.braze.com/page/certification) , [credly.com] (https://www.credly.com/org/braze/badge/braze-certified-technical-architect)
Experience with Sitecore personalization and CMS integrations.
Familiarity with composable CDP architectures and reverse ETL for audience activation.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and marketing teams.

Compensation Range
$113,000.00 - $254,200.00
