This role is responsible for driving brand awareness and supporting sales efforts through innovative marketing campaigns tailored to this market. This individual will need to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments within the organization as well as external partners to ensure the achievement of revenue and growth objectives.Expected Work Hours40Job DescriptionResponsibilities include but are not limited to:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and sales targets.- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, print media, website content development, social media presence, email marketing campaigns, CRM tools, and more.- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and marketing materials.- Collaborate with design teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary.- Coordinate with Internal and external teams around initiation and development of strategic marketing campaigns.- Manage the overall focused portfolio of campaigns and activities to ensure proper prioritization and utilization of appropriate resources.- Bring innovative thinking and marketing practices to all marketing activities.RequirementsRequired Skills:- Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment.- Strong knowledge of Commercial businesses.- Drives toward goals, takes initiative.- Strong project management skills, highly organized with the ability adapt to changing business needs and ability to manage multiple moving parts.- Ability to work cross functionally with different teams and company stakeholders.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Self-motivated and results-oriented.- Strategic thinker with an ability to learn, contribute, and takes full ownership over Seller Support.- Experience with advanced analytics and using campaign data and sales data to determine priorities and measure effectiveness.Required Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business-related discipline and a minimum of 5 years experience in the marketing field developing marketing plans/campaigns and designing interactive applications and networking platforms.Preferred Experience:- MBA degree.
