Associate Account Manager

Job Description

Conduct research, collect data, update status events, and prepare reporting based on client-specific parameters.

Respond to inquiries from clients, dealers, drivers, internal teams, and vendors via phone/email within established service-level standards.

Assist with managing open Salesforce requests to ensure cases and tasks remain current and do not go overdue.

Escalate issues that impact service delivery.

Perform audits and reporting related to data integrity.

Manage data and exceptions.

Clearly communicate recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.

Understand customer policies, anticipate needs, and support execution of goals.

Meet or exceed departmental KPIs for phone and Salesforce performance.

Assist in creating SOPs and FAQ documentation.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

1-2 years of relevant experience

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This is a Contract position based out of Schaumburg, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
