Employment Type: Part-time

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour - $23.15 per hour

What You'll Do: As a Athletic Fields Groundskeeper at Sodexo, you will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of athletic fields to ensure they are safe, functional, and visually appealing for practices, games, and events. You will also be marking and lining fields, mowing, repairing turf, managing drainage, and applying chemicals in compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

Monitor field conditions and perform inspections for safety and quality.

Apply herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers in compliance with federal and state safety regulations and standards.

May operate trucks and assorted power equipment, including but not limited to mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, and pruning saws.

Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity

Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

What You Bring:

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

1-2 years of related work experience.

Pesticide Applicator License may be required or the ability to acquire within 6 months, depending on the location.

Valid driver's license
