Associate Merchant

Setting the category strategy:you'llestablishstrategy, manage budgets to drive profitable growth, and use vision and creativity toimpactthe customer experience
Building relationships:you'lluse your influencing and leadership skills to build partnerships with suppliers, vendors, businesspartnersand other Associate Merchants
Making decisions:you'llmake decisions aboutnearly everyaspect of your products including replenishment, supply chain, manufacturers, store operations, planning, assortment, layouts, budgets, modular, and pricing
Designing, developing, and launching products:you'llwork with our Product Development and Sourcing team to create new products for Private Brands
Knowing your category:you'llknow your customers and supplier better than anyone and are always thinking about what is next for your business

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
