Department Support Specialist (HR Entry Level)

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Department Support Specialist to work remotely . · Shift: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm

· Weekly paycheck

· Pay: $25/hr

Responsibilities:

Manage and update Excel-based trackers; maintain accurate, real-time data.

Communicate with candidates and hiring managers via phone, email, and text.

Support various departmental processes and coordination tasks.

Assist with documentation, status updates, and workflow follow-through.

Handle multiple tasks and maintain strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

Very strong Excel skills (heavy tracker usage).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment.

Comfortable interacting with candidates and managers.

ATS experience is a bonus (they use iCIMS) but not required .

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
