Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service while remaining visible throughout your shift. As part of our caring and reliable team, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment, utilizing your communication skills and agility to address any concerns that arise.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.

Observe and report any unusual activity or situations that may arise during patrols.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site policies.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal at the location.

Document and report security-related incidents and/or concerns according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Being at least 21 years of age

The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
