Job Summary:

Looking for an experienced and organized administrator. This role would be supporting four managers. This position requires excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

One day remote (subject to change all in office)

$27.00 per hour full time long term position

Responsibilities:

Heavy Calendar Management

Make travel arrangements in Concur (domestic and international)

Process expense reports

Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook),

Handle large meeting requests including reserving room and setting up catering and coffee services or researching and reserving outside venues for larger events.

Qualifications

Type 50 WPM

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Admin

HS/GED required. Higher degree a plus.

Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; analytical thinking skills; ability to maintain confidentiality of information; networking; project management; responsive approach to tasks.
