What you will accomplish in this role

As part of the Digital Transformation & Innovation (DT&I) Transformation Operations team, this position provides administrative support to assigned team members. Professional presence, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential. Administrative Assistants are responsible for maintaining Outlook calendars, coordinating meetings (internal/external to the organization), supporting travel and expense reporting (Concur management), & providing support for projects as needed. This role assists other administrative support staff as a backup with cross-training as needed.

What you will do in this role:

Manage multiple Outlook calendars, scheduling meetings/events using judgment to resolve conflicts.

Support day-to-day operations of group including ad-hoc requests.

Serve as primary contact for office deliveries, maintenance issues, equipment requests, new hire setup, etc.

Maintain email distribution lists for multiple teams.

Provide general administrative support.

Arrange travel as needed, including booking trips and creating itineraries. Prepare expense reports as needed.

Maintain supplies and equipment to meet departmental needs.

Performs other duties as assigned

What qualifications you will need:

High School Graduate/Equivalent - Required

Bachelor's degree - Preferred

1+ Years of Admin Assistant Experience - Required

Work Location/Schedule:

Nashville, TN area (near Centennial Park)

Onsite: M-F, 8am - 5pm

Travel Required:

No travel required
