Hot Punch Operator - Hours: Monday-Wednesday 5:00am - 5:00pm, Thursday 5:00am -10:30am. Pay Range: $20.04-$22.09/hour

What You'll Do

As a Hot Punch Operator, you'll be part of our Stanley Black & Decker team located in East Longmeadow, MA.

In this role the selected person will need to have good time management skills as they will be expected to run 5 furnaces at once. The selected person will need to be able to work in a team environment and have a strong understanding of 5S and TPM.

Duties:

Learn to operate multiple pieces of equipment including a horizontal furnace, butt welder, punch press.

Work as part of a team to identify quality and production goals.

Flex hours/schedule as demand dictates

Participate in safety initiatives.

Meet customer quality and production needs.

Willing to cross-train on multiple pieces of equipment.
