Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Contracts Associate with strong communication skills, a driven mindset, and a problem-solving mentality. This position offers a blend of transactional accounting and inside sales, requiring interaction with customers and collaboration with internal teams. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enter an office environment.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with customers regarding billing and general inquiries.

Collaborate with internal employees to support operations and sales information.

Manage and report on sales data and information.

Input billing information accurately into the system.

Handle invoices and ensure proper documentation.

Essential Skills

Solid communication skills.

Proficiency in Excel and basic MS Office applications.

Strong customer service abilities.

Problem-solving mentality.

Experience in sales and order management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in the service industry is beneficial.

Ability to easily communicate and build rapport with others.

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Enfield, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
