Job Description

Join a dynamic team focused on providing exceptional service by supporting our customer-centric organization. This role involves managing customer orders, monitoring manufacturing processes, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

Follow standard processes and comply with service level agreements.

Seek out learning opportunities to broaden understanding of standard work and best practices.

Build initial knowledge of cross-functional technical expertise and technical knowledge of products.

Receive and process customer orders, ensuring information accuracy and completeness.

Monitor customer orders throughout the manufacturing process and advise customers and Sales of any significant delays, providing alternative solutions.

Initiate customer releases for shipments and ensure delivery dates are met.

Coordinate the expediting of rush shipments and monitor their progress.

Manage and process outside warehousing shipments of inventory.

Manage consignment inventory and understand downstream effects.

Manage basic Minimum and Maximum inventory programs.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Data to create new material masters, ensuring all documentation is accurate and maintained.

Provide customers with requested information such as Proof of Delivery, Certificate of Compliance, Billings, and Inventory reports.

Skills and Qualifications Required

Proficiency in order entry, invoicing, and data entry.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

1+ year of office experience in a manufacturing environment.

Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

Work Environment

The position is onsite in Oshkosh, WI. This role offers a feeder position with the potential for direct hire. The work environment supports growth through learning opportunities and critical experiences to enhance technical expertise and understanding of manufacturing processes.

This is a Contract position based out of Oshkosh, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
