As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. You will remain visible throughout your shift, address potential concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access.

Document and report any observed irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and/or incidents.

Follow all company and client policies and procedures while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security experience.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
