How you create impact

Under the direction of the Branch Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for supervising the receiving, picking/packing, and shipping of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.

Supervise and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments. Develop, implement and direct programs to promote a safety culture on site and to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment and property is a priority. Manpower analytical skills - daily and weekly staff planning and scheduling to make sure that each task has adequate resources. Conflict resolutions - responsible for resolving customer shipping and receiving issues. Analyze reports to ensure profitability of customer account. Communicate to the workforce on a daily basis including shift briefs. Manage the workforce within the Warehouse Operation to ensure an efficient operation is maintained. Supervise picking and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with the highest possible levels of quality and productivity. Supervise unloading, receiving and put away processes in accordance with K+N and customer procedures. Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all product is properly counted. Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage and errors. Promote and manage a strong Continuous Improvement ethos to generate ideas and projects. Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment.

What we would like you to bring

High School, High School Equivalent or Technical degree. Must have Three (3) years of experience in a management or supervisory role. Proficient MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook). Ideal candidate will have prior experience in a healthcare warehouse or manufacturing environment

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
