The Senior Product Manager, Power Distribution/Data Center plans, develops, and manages the data center infaststucture product category throughout the product lifecycle. The Senior Product Manager will support revenue growth, product innovation, and optimize the product category or portfolio through direct, hands-on ownership of a product category or product line. The Senior Product Manager, Power Distribution/Data Center is a highly visible and critical role that is responsible for leading and collaborating across teams and leadership to drive growth and profitability by gathering and analyzing voice-of-the-customer (VOC), developing a compelling product roadmap, and launching new offerings into the market by driving the Product Development Process (PDP). This role requires strong collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing and Service to execute the set product strategy and roadmaps. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, product development expertise, and the ability to potentially mentor and elevate product management talent while executing a robust product roadmap. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Technology, Business, or Marketing. MBA highly preferred but not required. Experience: 10+ years of experience in product engineering, electrical/mechanical engineering, or product management of a manufactured, physical technical product. Technical understanding of the energy infrastructure, power, and/or data center market. Proficient in leading cross-functional teams. Co-Lo / AI Data center experience preferred. Travel: Up to 20% Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs. Work Location: This role follows a hybrid work model, offering a blend of onsite collaboration and remote flexibility. Team members are required to spend part of their week onsite at our Menahsa, WI office to support teamwork, learning, and in - person connection, while enjoying the autonomy and focus that remote work provides. Specific onsite expectations may vary based on team needs, project priorities, and individual development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the Product Development Process (PDP) from concept through launch, ensuring well-defined product requirements, cross-functional alignment, and on-time delivery. Oversee creation and management of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to communicate features, requirements, and use cases to engineering and other stakeholders. * Own and execute the product category strategy and roadmap within FTI\'s strategic framework.

Conduct VOC, market research, and competitive analysis to identify market needs, emerging trends, and opportunities for product innovation.
Define product goals, business cases, and portfolio priorities for assigned product lines. Manage the full lifecycle of assigned products, including ideation, launch, cost optimization, and end-of-life planning. Partner with Product Marketing to define positioning, messaging, and launch plans for new offerings.
