Support Manufacturing Operations: Troubleshoot production issues, assist with product support, and validate processes. Collaborate on New Product Launches: Help transition new designs into full-scale production. Drive Process Improvements: Research and implement safe, cost-effective equipment and processes. * Learn Key Tools: Apply Lean Six Sigma principles, project management basics, and quality techniques.
Work Across Functions: Partner with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals are met. Travel Opportunities: Visit our manufacturing sites (including Mexico) for hands-on experience. What We\'re Looking For Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team. Nice to Have: Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, PFMEA, DFMA, and basic data analysis tools.
