Our client, a leading technology support organization, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting technical assistance and customer relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Rio Rancho, NM

Pay Range: $19.59

What's the Job?

Respond independently to complex customer issues using standard protocols

Resolve technical problems related to hardware and software from customer contacts

Provide information, analysis, and recommendations to support team efforts

Assist customers proactively to prevent or reduce issues

Participate in projects and provide feedback based on analysis

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

Minimum of 5+ years of general experience or equivalent combination of experience and education

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience in customer-facing roles, including remote and telephone support

Ability to diagnose hardware issues to the FRU level and train team members on new technologies
