Job Title: Entry Level AP/Invoice Processor

6-month contract placement

Onsite Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM in Fort Collins, CO.

Job Description

Join our team as an Invoice Processor where you will have the opportunity to validate invoices, perform data entry, and engage in invoice processing. This role offers a chance to enhance your skills and gain experience in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Validate and process invoices efficiently and accurately.

Enter data meticulously to ensure accuracy.

Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to ensure smooth processing of purchase orders and invoices.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in invoice processing and data entry.

Strong attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in Accounts Payable is preferred but not required.

Experience with OCR software is a significant advantage.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
