Description

Dayton area company is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team immediately! The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling, coordinating travel arrangements, creating correspondence, maintaining documents and supporting other administrative projects. This is a contract role that is anticipated to last for several months and is working full-time hours. For more information, please call 937-224-8326.

Requirements

At least 3-5 years of previous executive support experience

Experience with CRM & ERP systems

Experience with MS Office Suite
