Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Description

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will collaborate with the Nursing team to manage and document patient care effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that patient records are accurate and up-to-date, contributing to high-quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities

Assist the Nursing team with patient care and documentation.

Ensure accurate maintenance of medical records.

Provide compassionate and effective patient care.

Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver excellent service.

Essential Skills

Valid CNA license or Medical Assisting Diploma.

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Experience or willingness to work rotating weekends.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong commitment to the values of dignity, collaboration, justice, stewardship, and excellence.

Ability to align duties with the vision and values of the organization.

Work Environment

This position is based on-site and involves working 12-hour shifts from 7pm to 7am. The role offers an opportunity to gain valuable hospital experience, with training provided for entry-level candidates. The work environment is supportive, with high mentorship and collaboration among colleagues. The position is a long-term contract role with potential merit increases based on performance. Upon transitioning to a permanent role, employees can expect excellent benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off. The dress code is in accordance with standard medical attire

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Oxnard, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
