As a Patrol Armed Officer at a leading retail location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence. This is an armed and driving post, where you will interact with customers and staff, respond to incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. Wed04:15 PM - 11:30 PM

Fri04:15 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies at the retail location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.

Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas within the retail location to help to deter theft, unauthorized access, and/or other prohibited activities.

Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and/or any unusual occurrences during assigned shifts.

Collaborate with store management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support a positive experience for customers and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess an armed guard card or license.

Be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Possess a Level III armed certification if applying in Texas.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
