We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Sr. Customer Service Manager and assist the sales teams and executive committee. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is organized, enjoys multitasking, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and edit documents including correspondence, reports, memos, and emails.

Manage spreadsheets and generate reports.

Monitor and direct website email inquiries.

Source, order, and manage inventory for business cards, POS materials, and other supplies.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and company gatherings.

Greet and check in visitors at the front desk.

Handle daily invoicing procedures.

Assist with IFT registrations and meeting agendas.

Run local errands and maintain break room supplies.

Contribute to team projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: No prior experience required; entry-level position.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Problem-solving ability and accountability.

Commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
