Job Description

The Administrative Support Worker is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, etc. The Administrative Support Worker will be required to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs

Job Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of Sales, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions.

Maintain and update company databases to guarantee completeness and accuracy of all financial records.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to provide or obtain necessary financial information.

Drive process improvements related to accounting document workflows and operational efficiency.

Collaborate closely with the Operations team to resolve financial queries and discrepancies.

Take ownership of the monthly entity review process, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet analysis.

Partner with accounting and operations team to compile, analyze, and report financial data for decision-making.

Support special projects and year-end activities as required by management.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 - 5 years' experience in a similar role.

Strong computer skills, particularly MS Office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, and problem-solving skills

Ability to interact well with various level of financial and operating personnel

Ability to work independently

Possess the ability to identify problems and propose solutions

Flexibility, multitasking with the ability to meet deadlines

Highly analytical with a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Must be a strong team player

Being analytical, collaborative and conscientious is essential.
