Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Legal Secretary to support attorneys and legal staff with administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate has strong computer skills, follows instructions carefully, and approaches their work with a positive, can-do attitude. Professionalism, discretion, and reliability are essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff

Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence

Manage calendars, schedules, and deadlines

Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems

Answer phones, manage emails, and handle client communications professionally

Follow instructions accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner

Handle confidential information with discretion and care

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with office software (e.g., Word, email, document management systems)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely

Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to assist where needed

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Outstanding references required
