As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within financial institution locations, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, assist with access control, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity within the location.

Support access control measures by monitoring entrances and exits as required.

Work collaboratively with site personnel and/or visitors to address questions and provide assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
