Our client, a leader in critical infrastructure support, is seeking a CE Facility Support Engineer - Mechanical 3 - Nightshift to join their dedicated team. As a CE Facility Support Engineer - Mechanical 3 - Nightshift, you will be an integral part of the Facilities Operations team, ensuring the seamless performance and safety of vital mechanical systems within a high-availability environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance and safety protocols, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CE Facility Support Engineer - Mechanical 3 - Nightshift

Location: Boydton, VA

Pay Range: $48.23 - $53.09 on Experis W2 - (Benefits and PTO)

Required: Able to work a flexible work schedule which could include 12-hour shifts, rotating shifts, 3-, 4-, or 5-day work weeks

Resource(s) will be working B-side day shift, Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday.

What's the Job?

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems including HVAC units, chillers, fire pumps, and fire alarm systems.

Escort and coordinate with third-party contractors, vendors, and service providers on-site to ensure safety and compliance.

Monitor equipment performance and conduct initial assessments to identify potential issues.

Adhere to all safety procedures and physical security policies during work activities.

Follow operating procedures (SOPs) for critical environment activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.

What's Needed?

Previous experience working in data centers or high-availability critical environments.

Experience with mechanical systems such as HVAC, industrial chillers, fire pumps, and fire alarm systems.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

At least 5 years of work or applied learning experience in technical fields like automotive, electrical, controls, or data center environments.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 12-hour shifts, rotating shifts, or varied work weeks.
