RH is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support a local client in the automotive industry. This role will focus on supporting social media presence, marketing outreach, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in an office environment and a proven ability to support cross-functional teams with marketing materials and activities.

Role Details

Title: Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Contract Type: Contract with opportunity for hire

Duration: Ongoing

Pay Rate: $25-$28 per hour

Location: Multiple locations across Greater Seattle

Remote/onsite?: Primarily remote; must be local and able to travel to client sites as needed

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:

Marketing & Communications

Support the planning and execution of localized and regional marketing initiatives

Manage social media content calendars and audience engagement across multiple platforms

Coordinate website content updates to ensure accuracy and brand alignment

Assist with acquisition marketing efforts tied to new site or market launches

Develop promotional collateral, signage, and digital assets in partnership with creative teams

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key metrics

Event Planning & Execution

Plan and execute community-focused events, recruitment initiatives, conferences, and employee engagement programs

Coordinate with vendors, venues, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless events

Create and manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event recap reports

Represent the organization at industry and local events to strengthen visibility and relationships

Internal & External Relations

Support leadership teams with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives

Partner with operations and HR to support onboarding, recognition, and culture-building programs

Build and maintain community partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders

Ensure consistent brand messaging across internal and external touchpoints

Requirements - Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing communications or a related field.

Proficiency in managing social media platforms and creating content tailored to diverse audiences.

Strong skills in copywriting and crafting compelling marketing messages.

Experience in organizing corporate events and promotional activities.

Familiarity with website management and digital content updates.

Ability to design and execute email campaigns to drive engagement.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.
