Job Title: Assembler

$20-23/hour

Graveyard shift, 11PM-7AM

Job Description

Join our team as a Heavy Industrial Assembler in Tooele, Utah. This grave shift position is ideal for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals ready to contribute to high-volume production of large battery enclosures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the assembly of large-scale electronic and mechanical components for battery enclosures using hand and power tools.

Operate forklifts, preferably stand-up, to move heavy materials and battery modules.

Push and maneuver carts loaded with up to 750 lbs of equipment.

Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.

Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.

Collaborate with team members and material handlers to maintain production flow.

Frequently lift up to 50 lbs, walk, bend, and push 750 lb battery modules on carts.

Essential Skills

Proven experience operating forklifts in an industrial setting.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and perform physically demanding tasks.

Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with tools such as torque wrenches, drills, and crimpers.

Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Strong teamwork, reliability, and willingness to be coached.

Able to work with hand tools

Work Environment

The Tooele site is a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance. Employees must adhere to OSHA-compliant training, PPE requirements, and site-specific safety orientations. The workplace is fully on-site with strict attendance and timekeeping protocols, and employees must wear composite-toed shoes to start work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grantsville, UT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
