Our client, a leading organization in medical device manufacturing, is seeking a Medical Device Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Medical Device Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the creation of life-saving medical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Medical Device Manufacturing Technician

Location: Exton, PA

Pay Range: $23/hr

Shift: Multiple shifts available: 6 am - 2:30 pm and 2 pm - 10:30 pm

What's the Job?

Assist with performing designated operations within manufacturing departments, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and safety requirements.

Handle chemicals and solvents as required, following safety protocols.

Identify and resolve simple and recognizable problems based on past experiences, utilizing established approaches.

Maintain detailed, accurate, and legible records of production activities in accordance with GMP guidelines.

Support quality assurance by inspecting products, performing in-process testing, and reporting issues promptly.

What's Needed?

High School diploma or equivalent; a two-year technical degree is preferred.

0-5 years of experience in medical device manufacturing or related industries.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively interact with team members and supervisors.

Ability to operate machinery, tools, and equipment in a controlled environment with limited supervision.

Knowledge of GMP standards, clean room procedures, and safety protocols.
