Our client, a leading manufacturer in the dairy industry, is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join their team. As an Electro-Mechanical Engineer, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting innovative engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Engineer

Location: Bloomer, WI

Pay Range: $31.25 - $37.50 per hour based on experience

What's the Job?

Lead the electrical assembly of the Calf Hero units, ensuring all wiring is installed according to engineering specifications.

Oversee mechanical assembly tasks, including plumbing and motor installation, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Supervise service technicians and provide remote technical support to ensure efficient service operations.

Implement lean manufacturing protocols and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Conduct pre-shipment inspections and system testing to guarantee product quality and performance.

What's Needed?

Degree or certification in Electro-mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or 5-8 years of relevant experience.

Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems (208-480V, 1 & 3 phase).

Proficiency in reading and creating wiring schematics and CAD drawings.

Familiarity with UL/CE certification standards and lean manufacturing practices.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
